Shipping policy
Ordering fashion from Andersson Stockholm should feel just as effortless as wearing our garments. That is why we have created a delivery experience that is clear, reliable, and easy to follow from start to finish.
We offer delivery within Sweden, and your order will be shipped directly to the address you provided. Each order is handled with care to ensure that your items arrive in the best possible condition.
Delivery times
When you place an order, the following time frames apply:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after the package has been shipped
- The total delivery time is normally 4–9 business days, Monday to Friday.
Our daily order cut-off time is 17:00 (CET), Monday to Friday.
Tracking your order
When your order has left our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation by email. You will find tracking information there, allowing you to easily follow the delivery all the way to your home.
If your delivery is affected
We always strive to deliver within the specified time frames. In some cases, delays may occur, for example during periods of high demand or due to external factors such as transport disruptions. Should anything affect your delivery, we will keep you informed.
