At Andersson Stockholm, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something does not feel quite right when you receive your order, we are here to help you in a smooth and fair manner.
ReturnsYou have 60 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
For a return to be approved, the item must meet the following requirements:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- All original tags and packaging must remain intact
We do not charge any restocking fees.
To initiate a return, contact us via info@anderssonstockholm.com and provide your order number. You will then receive further instructions on how to return your item.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the shipment arrives.
ExchangesWould you like to exchange for a different size or model? Contact us via info@anderssonstockholm.com and we will help you arrange an exchange easily.
RefundsOnce we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
